“Nichola has helped me to feel safe within myself by creating secure spaces and conversations where I have been able to explore a large part of who I am. She has helped me realise that I am so much more than my traumas and that I deserve to live as my true self. She has a gift for seeing you when you are not able to see yourself, and can guide you to go deeper within. She is a wonderful listener, and after every meeting I always leave feeling happy and valued.”
